River Oaks Drip Spa is not a chain or franchise. It is a nurse owned & family operated IV Vitamin Infusion Spa and Cryotherapy center located within the posh Sage Plaza in Houston, TX. The spa offers IV Vitamin drips, Vitamin Shots, NormaTec Compression, Red light therapy, & whole-body cryotherapy.

Tracey Allely BSN RN, owner of River Oaks Drip Spa, graduated from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX with a BSN in Nursing. Upon graduation she returned to Houston and worked in women’s health at Harris Health, formerly Harris County Hospital District. Several years later after working in Memorial Hermann’s ER she then ventured out into the world as some nurses with a thirst for new knowledge and scenery do and became a travel nurse. Having worked on both the east and west coast she realized that Houston was home, despite the heat, and returned to spend the next decade of her career at Texas Children’s Hospital where she was able to combine her maternal and acute care nursing experience and care for some of the most critical patients from around the globe.

River Oaks Drip Spa, welcomes the addition of Dr. Anita Beneke, M.D. as Administrative Medical Director. Dr. Beneke brings an extensive and varied background as a family practice clinician and pharmaceutical and medical device researcher. Dr. Beneke is a native Texan. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rice University and her Medical Doctorate degree from Baylor College of Medicine. Following a rotating internship, anesthesiology residency and director of emergency and ambulatory services locally, she went into Family Practice as a solo practitioner for 16 years, emphasizing primary treatment of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, and preventive, wellness care. Her family practice included several thousand patients, which often included four generations of family members.

Conveniently located in the posh Sage Plaza at 5161 San Felipe, River Oaks Drip Spa offers IV hydration with vitamins and minerals, head to toe Red-light therapy, vitamin shots, Normatec Compression, and whole-body Cryotherapy services.
Intravenous hydration with IV vitamin supplementation supports our health and may prevent illness while providing the highest rate of vitamin absorption with the most efficient method of delivery. IV Vitamin infusions can reduce fatigue, replace electrolytes, boost the immune system, and improve sleep quality.
